Habituating peacefully in a group
and camp situation with 30+ people. |

Planters need to provide their own
transportation, barring that, an arrangement can
always be made. |

A
high level of physical fitness, endurance and mental
determination. |

Maintaining
planting quality, while achieving maximum production. |
|
Accepting
the quality standards as laid out by the quality
control inspectors . |
|
Being
consistent in production and camp duties. |
|
Have
a good attitude, help unload those refers. |
|
Planters
need to supply their own tent and gear. See
